Green Rice
List of Ingredients
1 small onion
1 green pepper
1 c. parsley flakes
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
3 c. uncooked rice
2 sm. jars of pimento cheese.
2 cans mushroom soup cookedRecipe
Cook rice. Add all the other ingredients EXCEPT mushroom soup. Bake at 350* fro 45-55 minutes. When the rice is almost done, cook the soup according to directions, I don't use as much water as directed, so it will be thicker. When serving rice, use the soup as a sauce over the top.
