Enchillada Pie

Enchilada Pie
Package of Flour Tortillas
1 - 2 lbs. ground beef
chopped onions (optional)
1 16 oz. can of refried beans
1 small can of sliced olives
Grated Mild Cheddar Cheese (you will determine amount as you layer the pie)
1 19 oz. enchilada sauce (use the temperature that is best suited for your family)
Brown ground beef and season it with salt, pepper and onions. Drain oil from meat. Add the refried beans and sauce to the ground beef mix well. Heat thoroughly.
Spray a 13 x 9 glass dish with Pam. Line the bottom of the glass dish with tortillas until bottom is fully covered. Add some of the mixture and then sprinkle with cheese. Repeat process until you use all of the meat mixture. Bake in over at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with rice and beans. Enjoy!
