Honey Coconut Snacks
List of Ingredients
3 cups Toasted Whole Grain Cereal
1 cup Shredded Coconut
1 cup Slivered Almonds
1/3 cup Honey
1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Brush a 15" x 10", jelly roll pan with margarine. In a medium sauce pan, heat
the honey and brown sugar to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in the
remaining ingredients until completely coated then spread in the pan. Bake uncovered, stirring frequently
for 10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes then loosen the mixture with a metal spatula. Let stand until firm,
about 1 hour. Store in an airtight container. Recipe
