    Spinach Salad

    List of Ingredients




    Salad

    2 lbs. fresh spinach, torn
    1 lb. bean sprouts
    2 small purple onions, sliced
    8 large mushrooms, sliced
    3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
    8 slices crisp bacon, crumpled into pieces

    Dressing

    2/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. catsup
    3 T. honey
    1 t. celery seed
    1 t. clerey salt
    1 t. dry mustard
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 c. vinegar

    Recipe



    Mix all salad ingredients into a bowl. Bring all ingredients in the dressing to a boil. Let cool for about five minutes and poor over teh salad. Serve with french bread or texas toast for a light supper. Serve as a salad for a large dinner.
