Carrot Cassarole
List of Ingredients
1 small onion, diced
1/4 pound margarine
Two 20-ounce packages carrots, cooked and sliced
1 pound pasteurized process cheese, sliced
Bread crumbs
Dice onion; saut� in margarine. Layer carrots and cheese in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour onions over all and
sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350� for 30 minutes.
