    Hashbrown Cassarole

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
    1 c. Onion, diced
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, undiluted
    1 pt. Sour Cream
    3/4 c. Butter, softened
    8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated
    2 c. Cornflakes, crushed

    Combine hash browns, onion, soup, sour cream, 1/2 c. butter and cheese. Place in a 9" x 13"
    baking dish or other shallow casserole dish. Combine cornflakes and remaining butter; sprinkle
    on top. Bake 350 degrees for 50-60 min.
