    Sweet Potato Cassarole

    List of Ingredients




    Sweet Potato Casserole 6 large sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled 1/4 C brown sugar 1/2 tsp each; ginger, nutmeg, salt and cinnamon Pepper to taste 2 Tbl butter or margarine 2 sm jars Marshmallow Cream Topping In a casserole bowl that you've sprayed lightly with PAM (or whatever), mash the first 5 ingredients together. If you're ready to serve, you can do the next step. If you refrigerate, you need to first reheat the potatoes (bake for 30 min.at 350 degrees). Open one jar of Marshmallow Cream and microwave for 30 seconds. With a fork, spread the topping over the potatoes covering all edges of the bowl. If you need a second jar, repeat until the complete top is covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 min. until the marshmallow topping starts to rise. Turn on the broiler until golden brown (approx. 3 min.). Watch carefully, or it will burn. Then enjoy.
