Caramelized Onion Dip

List of Ingredients




2 onions, sliced

3 TBS butter (I use less)

3 TBS olive oil (I use less)

4 oz cream cheese

4 oz sour cream

4 oz mayo

scallions

ground red pepper to taste

salt and pepper



Caramelize the onions in the oil and better.

Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo together. Add remaining ingredients and the onions.
