Sour Cream Lima Beans

Got this recipe from Lulu TX from KT cookbook

1 pkg frozen green lima beans
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 red pepper, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook lima beans according to package directions; drain. Saute´ onion and pepper in butter until tender; add to lima beans. Add sour cream; season with salt and pepper. Heat through. YIELD: 4 servings.
