Tasty instant mashed potatoes

instant potatoes for 4
3/4 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. nondairy creamer
salt
pepper
Prepare potatoes as directed on package using water,
milk and seasoning as directed. Before adding potatoes, place
the butter and nondairy creamer in to melt. When all is
melted, add potatoes. Let stand 2 minutes. Whisk potatoes
fluffy. Serve.
You may melt 2 ounces of cheese in the broth for an
extra tangy flavor.
