    Mini Artichoke Cups with Avacado Butter

    1 loaf white sanwich bread
    olive oil for brushing the bread
    1 8oz jar mini artichokes
    12 thin slices of good salami or smoked salmon
    Avacado Butter
    1 avacado
    1 garlic clove minced
    3 sundried tomatoes soaked and minced
    juice from 1/2 a lime
    2 tsp dijon
    salt
