Three Layer Pumpkin Dessert
Crust:
1 pkg yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup for Topping)
1 egg
1/2 cup margarine
Filling:
1 (29 oz) large can pumpkin (NOT pie mix)
3 eggs
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
Topping:
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup reserved yellow cake mix
Recipe
Crust: Mix crust ingredients together and press into a greased 9x13 pan.
Filling: Mix filling ingredients together in a large bowl and pour over uncooked crust.
Topping: Mix topping ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of filling.
Bake @ 350ºF 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve warm if possible with Cool Whip.
