Fresh Asparagus & Herb Baked Eggs w/Fres

Made this for Sunday brunch to great raves so thought I'd share. It's nice for something 'special'.
Serves 12
7 eggs
½ cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
3-4 splashes Tabasco
6-8 fresh basil leaves, torn
2 Tablespoons finely minced fresh chives
12 Grape tomatoes, halved (pre-roasted w/a little EVOO, salt/pepper)
Salt/Pepper, to taste
16 ounces cottage cheese
8 ounce cream cheese cubed
2 cups shredded cheeses ( I used a combination of Asiago & Mozarella but I think gruyere and/or sharp cheddar would be great also)
Fresh Asparagus cleaned and chopped into 1" pieces (Do Not precook)
1 lb. fresh lump crabmeat
Combine all but the various cheeses, tomatoes, asparagus, & crab in a large mixing bowl, beat until frothy. Add various cheeses, tomatoes, asparagus, & crab...stir to evenly distribute.
Pour into a greased 13 X 9 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at preheated 400 degrees until set (about 45 minutes).
