    Chocolate Malt Pie

    Baked 9" pie shell
    1/2 lb. large marshmallows (32)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. semisweet chocolate pieces, 1/2 (6 oz.) pkg.
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. chocolate malted milk powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts

    Combine marshmallows, milk and salt in top of double boiler. Cook over water, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat.

    Add chocolate pieces, stirring until they are melted. Cool.

    Whip Cream until stiff. Fold malted milk powder and vanilla into cream. Then fold into marshmallow mixture and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle walnuts over top. Chill several hours before serving.
