Chicken Cutlet Parmesan

10 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Flavored breadcrumbs (or plain)
2 Cup Panko,Japanese Bread Crumbs (or regular)
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese Grated
2 Tsp garlic powder
pepper, Fresh Ground
2.5 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 Lb Mozzarella Sliced Into 10 Pieces
Pound cutlets until they're of even thickness.
Mix flavored breadcrumbs, panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper in a large flat dish. Taking cutlets one at a time, coat each cutlet with mayonnaise and then dip into breadcrumb mixture and place in baking pan.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until deep golden. Take out of oven and spoon 1/4 C. tomato sauce over each. Top each cutlet with one slice of mozzarella.Return to oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.~
Making ahead: Cutlets can be prepared ahead and refrigerated until ready to use. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking and cook as directed
