Italian Turkey Burgers

1 pound lean ground turkey
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves*
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 (3/4-ounce) slices Mozzarella Cheese
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Meanwhile, combine ground turkey, basil, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Shape into 4 (1/4-inch thick) patties.
Place patties onto grill. Grill, turning once, until cooked through (15 to 18 minutes). Top each burger with 1 slice cheese; continue grilling until cheese is melted (1 minute).
To serve, place burgers on buns; top with tomatoes.
* Substitute 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves.
