Tomato Basil Tart

1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) grated Swiss cheese, divided
5 Roma (I use others besides Romas and drain them) tomatoes, cut in wedges and drained
1 cup loosely packed fresh basil
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup regular mayonnaise
1/4 cup (1 oz) grated Parmesan
1/8 tsp white pepper (black is OK)
Bake pastry shell. Sprinkle enough Swiss cheese to just cover the bottom of the hot shell. Cool on a wire rack. Arrange tomato wedges in pastry shell. Using food processor or a knife, chop basil and garlic together. Sprinkle basil mixture on the tomatoes.
Combine mayo, Parmesan, and pepper. Sopread on tomatoes and sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 35-40 minutes.
