    I dont even know where I got this recipe, but I think it was from a friend of a friend at a party LOL.But my DH loves it.

    List of Ingredients




    1 disposeable pie pan
    1 (8oz) Block cream cheese (softend)
    1 can yellow corn(drained well)
    1 can Black Beans(rinsed and well drained)
    1 jar salsa(your favorite)
    1 bag Frito Scoops

    Recipe



    Spread cream cheese in bottom of pie pan.Layer corn on top of cream cheese,then put Black Beans on top of corn,then pour salsa on top of that and serve with Scoops.

    Note: We have used Mexi-corn as well and we like Chunky Salsa.
