'50's Style creamed Chicken

I got this out of cookbook (I forgot the name)We enjoy it. Hope you try it.
List of Ingredients
1 can (10oz) chunk chicken breast, drained and flaked
1 can (11oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (6oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 bag (12oz) egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup sour cream
Recipe
Cook the onion in the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, until tender. Dump in the drained and flaked chicken and stir. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in the soup and mushrooms. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream over low heat. Heat through and serve over the cooked noodles.
Makes 6 servings
Notes: I added 1/2 soup can of milk to the mix. I have also used Tuna in place of chicken.
