Black Walnut Cake

My Grandmother made this cake alot. She baked cakes and sold them on holidays and such.
List of Ingredients
1 cup Crisco
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup Sweet Milk
2 cups Plain flour
1 cup Self Rising flour
1 tablespoon Black Walnut Flavoring
Recipe
Cream shorting & sugar together, add eggs & flavoring, beat well. Add 1 cup flour & 1/2 cup milk,mix well. Add rest of flour & milk, mix well. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes, then at 350 for 30 more minutes.
Note: If all plain flour is used add 1 teaspoon of soda.
