Blue Cheese Mousse
List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg. of Carr's® Table Water® Crackers
- 1/2 pound blue cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 5 ounces heavy cream
- 24 grapes (halved)
- 24 walnut pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend blue cheese and 8 oz. cream cheese until smooth.
- While machine is running, add heavy cream in slow, steady stream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place mixture into pastry bag with star tip. Pipe cheese onto Carr's® Table Water® Crackers.
- Garnish with thin slices of red grape and walnut pieces.
