Scalloped Celery Rounds

Look very fancy and are delicious.





List of Ingredients



• celery
  
• peanut butter
  
• raisins *optional
  






Instructions



1. Fill 2 stalks of celery, that are close to the same size, with peanut butter mounding at the top.
   
2. *optional on one stalk of celery, put a row of raisins on top of peanut butter
   
3. Press the celery together with peanut butter facing to center until edges of the celery touch.
   
4. Wipe off any peanut butter that was squeezed out.
   
5. Wrap tightly in wax paper or plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour.
   
6. Slice the log into 1/2 inch slices.
   






Final Comments


Variation:
Omit raisins, and peanut butter. Fill celery with cream cheese, or other spreadable cheeses.
