    Pumpkin Chai Pie


    List of Ingredients


    • One 15 Oz can pumpkin
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 3 eggs
    • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
    • 1/2 cup Mountain Chai concentrate (any flavor)
    • Single 9" pie crust


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Blend pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in a mixing bowl.
    3. Beat eggs with a fork and add to pumpkin mixture.
    4. Add evaporated milk and Mountain Chai. Mix well.
    5. Pour mixture into pie crust.
    6. Cover edges of pie crust with foil.
    7. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
    8. Remove foil and bake for 25-35 minutes more, or until a knife inserted off center comes out clean.
    9. Cool. Top with whipped cream and serve.
    10. Cover and chill to store.
