Mexican Wedding Cookies II
List of Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups lard, Crisco
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Mix all together in bowl.
- Roll in your hands into small balls the size of quarters.
- Place on cookie sheet, use thumb to indent in the center.
- Bake @350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
- After removing from the oven, move onto wax paper and use a shaker filled with sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cookies. Or put in a baggy filled with powdered sugar, is how I like them best.
