    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large egg
    • 2 large egg whites
    • 1/3 cup SPLENDA. Granular
    • 2 cups fat-free milk
    • 2 tsp. vanilla extract


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 3500 F. In medium bowl combine egg, egg whites, SPLENDA, milk and vanilla. With wire whisk, beat until smooth and well blended, approximately 1 minute.
    2. Pour mixture into four 6-oz. custard cups. Arrange cups in a large metal baking pan so they do not touch. Pour very hot water into the pan so that the water is 1" deep.
    3. Place pan in the middle of oven. Bake custards 40 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Transfer cups from pan to wire rack and cool to room temperature.
    4. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
