    Ginger Lemon Bread Pudding Soufflé


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp. butter
    • 2 cups milk
    • 4 eggs
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    • 4 cups French or Italian Bakery Style Bread, cut into 1/2 cubes
    • 12 Carr's® Ginger Lemon Creme Cookies, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325° F. Butter the inside of soufflé dishes or ramekins.
    2. Combine milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Fold in cubed bread and chopped cookies. Divide bread mixture into baking dishes.
    3. Place dishes into shallow baking pan and place into oven. Carefully pour 1/2 inch hot water into baking pan.
