    CUCUMBER AND CHICKEN FILLING


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c finely chopped chicken and giblets
    • 1/2 c chopped celery
    • 12 c diced cucumbers
    • 2 tlbs capers
    • 3/4 c mayonnaise


    Instructions


    1. Gently mix all ingredients together.

    2. Spread onto lightly buttered extra thin sliced bread.
