Turkey Sandwiches
List of Ingredients
- extra thin sliced turkey or chicken
- cranberry sauce
- dijon mustard
- *optional stuffing/dressing
- extra thin sliced bread
Instructions
- Mix dijon mustard and cranberry sauce, to taste.
- Cut crust off extra thin sliced bread.
- On one slice of bread, put one layer of turkey or chicken.
- *optional: Spread another thin layer of stuffing/dressing on top of turkey or chicken.
- Spread thin layer of dijon/cranberry spread onto turkey if not using stuffing/dressing. If you use the stuffing/dressing spread a thin layer of cranberry dijon mix on top of stuffing/dressing.
- Put another layer of turkey or chicken on top. To prevent bread from getting soggy.
- Top with another peice of bread.
- You could spread a thin layer of butter on bread if you are concerned about the possibility of the bread getting soggy before your guests arrive.

Variation:
You can make it with just cranberry sauce with out mixing in the dijon mustard also.
I got the bigger version of this out of a old Victoria Magazine, about what to do with left over turkey. This is a tea party version I have made up.
I think it would be very good when it is cold outside. Maybe too hefty for spring and summer.
