    • 2 boxes of Carr's® Chococcines™ Cookies
    • 1 quart(s) espresso ice cream
    • 3 ounces chocolate sauce
    • whipped cream for a garnish


    Instructions


    1. Arrange three Chococcines™ Cookies in a circle in the center of a plate.
    2. Scoop ice cream on top of the cookies.
    3. Garnish with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
    4. Finish with a cookie on top of the ice cream.
