    White Chocolate Mousse Tarts


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pkg. READY CRUST Mini-Graham Cracker Crusts (4 oz.)
    • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
    • 2 cups whipping cream, stiffly whipped
    • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) white chocolate baking squares
    • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)


    Instructions


    1. Melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat; stir in extract.
    2. Cool to room temperature. Fold in whipped cream.
    3. Spoon into crusts. Chill 4 hours or until set. Serve with fresh fruit if desired.
