    Strawberry Butter

    Makes 1 3/4 cups


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup unsalted butter 2 sticks softened
    • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
    • 1 10 ounce carton frozen sliced strawberries thawed and drained, juice reserved


    Instructions


    1. Whip the butter until fluffy.
    2. Beat in the sugar and add the strawberries.
    3. Gradually beat in the reserved strawberry juice.
    4. Store in the refrigerator.

    This butter freezes well.
