Tea au Lait
Makes: 4-6 servings.
List of Ingredients
- 6 tea bags Twinings® Lady Grey® Tea
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- Garnish Whipped cream, cinnamon, and Carr's® Ginger Lemon Creme Cookies
Instructions
- In a saucepan, steep the six tea bags in 3 cups of boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags.
- Add milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar to the tea. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let stand for five minutes. Return to a boil.
- Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
