1 c finely chopped nuts (Walnuts or pecans)
1 stick butter
1 c flour
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding.
1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant puddingRecipe
Mix first three ingredients (nuts, butter and flour) and press in bottom
of 9X13 pan. Bake at 360 until golden brown (20 minutes). Beat together
cream cheese and powdered sugar and add cool whip. Spread over cool
crust.
Make chocolate and vanilla pudding separately according to package
directions using 1 3/4 cups milk. Spread vanilla pudding over cream
cheese. Spread chocolate pudding over vanilla pudding. Use remainder of
cool whip on top. Chill. Makes 16 servings.
