Lemon Herb Chicken Ring

2c. chopped chicken ½ c. mayo
½ c. diced red bell pepper 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 lemon ½ c. (2oz) grated parmesan
2 garlic cloves, pressed 1 c. (4oz) shredded mozzerella cheese
3 tbsp. Chopped parsley 2 pkg. Crescent rollsRecipe
Preheat oven to 375
Combine chicken, bell pepper, 1tsp lemon zest, 2 tbsp. Parsley, garlic, mozzarella cheese, mayo, and Italian seasoning in bowl. Add all but 2 tbsp parmesan cheese to mixture, mix well.
Unroll crescent rolls, separate into triangles. Arrange in a circle on large pizza stone or pan with wide ends overlapping in center and points toward outside ( 5” diameter opening).
Spoon chicken mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangle. Bring points of triangles up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center of ring (filling will not be completely covered)
Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese over ring.
Bake 28-30 min or until golden brown.
Garnish with remaining chopped parsley and lemon slices.
