4-5 big pieces of roasted Red Peppers
1 lb. Macadamia Nuts (raw)
6 cloves roasted Garlic
3 large fresh Basil Leaves
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ to 1 cup Olive Oil
Recipe
Process all ingredients, except olive oil, in a food processor until creamy.
Slowly add olive oil until well emulsified.
