    Gluten Free Date Walnut Bars

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
    1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup grapeseed oil
    1/4 cup agave nectar
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    1 cup walnuts, chopped
    1 cup dates, pitted and chopped

    Recipe

    In a large bowl, combine almond flour salt and baking soda
    2.In a medium bowl, combine eggs, oil, agave and vanilla extract
    3.Stir wet ingredients into dry
    4.Fold walnuts and dates into batter
    5.Scoop batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish6.Bake at 350° for 22-30 minutes
    7.Cool and serve
