    Vegetarian Baked Beans with Pineapple

    Recipe Introduction

    (for the slow cooker) original recipe by Jolinda Hackett

    List of Ingredients

    * 2 cans pinto beans
    * 1 8 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
    * 1 onion, diced
    * 2 cloves garlic, minced
    * 1/2 cup gf barbeque sauce
    * 2 tbsp maple syrup
    * 1 tbsp soy sauce (beef broth)
    * salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Mix together all ingredients in a crock pot or slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
