    two 3x5 loaf pans

    List of Ingredients





    1 1/3 cup almond flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp sea salt
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    ¼ cup honey (I used maple syrup)
    1 jumbo egg (I used 4 tbsp. baby food pears)
    1 tbsp skim milk (I used rice milk)
    1 banana not to ripe

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Set
    aside. Mix honey, egg, milk & banana in a blender until thoroughly
    mixed. Add to dry ingredients. Do not overmix. Divide batter into
    two 3x5 loaf pans(I put in one 4x6). Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to
    cool 5 minutes before turning out.

    Came out great but next time I might process almond flour finer or
    make myself so that there are no bigger pieces in the bread.
