    I have the originator of this recipe as Bens_mum99. Her daughter's name is Madison (hence Maddy's Bread).

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups White or Brown rice flour
    1/3 cup potato starch
    1/3 cup tapioca starch
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    3 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
    1 cup rice milk
    3 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1/4 cup GF oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup water
    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp Yeast

    Recipe



    In a large bowl mix well, 2 Cups White or Brown rice flour, 1/3 cup potato starch, 1/3 Cup tapioca starch, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 3 1/2 tsp xanthan gum.

    In another bowl mix 1 cup rice milk, 3 Tbsp Cider Vinegar, 1/4 cup GF oil, 1/2 tsp salt. In a small bowl beat 1/2 cup water with 3 eggs.

    Add rice milk mixture to breadmaker.

    Add 1/2 of mixed flours,

    add beaten egg mixture.

    Add remaining flours but make indent on top to hold 1 1/2 Tbsp GF yeast

    Use light crust, regular setting, 1.5 lb loaf.

    You may add 1 Tbsp Cinnamon and

    1 cup raisins to kneed cycle for raisin bread
