    2 c. GF flour blend
    1 tsp. salt (or less)
    1 T. brown unbleached sugar or Sucanat (dehydrated sugar cane juice),
    or molasses or maple syrup
    1 c. each non-dairy milk and water

    Recipe



    Mix everything together and spread very thinly on 3 oiled cookie sheets.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes.

    After 10 minutes, if the top isn't browning much, loosen the whole thing with a spatula and flip it over.

    If it doesn't seem completely crisp after 15 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the door open a crack.

    Let it dry out til it's easily crushed.

    Cool and break into flakes.

    Cool completely before storing airtight.
