    7 eggs,separated
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup potato starch
    2-3 mashed bananas( or more)
    1 cup walnuts, grounded up (optional)
    fresh strawberries and more wlanuts optional for a topping.

    Recipe



    Beat egg whites unitl stiff and set aside,
    IN a separate bowl,beat the egg yokes and sugar together.
    Add potato starch slowly,beating to a smooth cosistency.
    Add mashed bananas and ground nuts(optional for
    nuts )Gently fold mixture into whites,
    Grease bottom but not sides of a tube pan or any pan
    Pour batter into pan and bake .
    after done take out of oven and turn pan upside down and let cool
    Garnish with strawberries & walnuts,Or any desired topping .
