List of Ingredients




1 cup SUGAR or substitute
2 Cup FLOUR of your choosing.
Never the same each time differnt)I prefer a GF all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cold water
1 cup MIRACLE WHIP (or Mayo of choice cause of diet)
1/4 cup CAROB or cocoa( I have even left out the carob and it made a
white cake)


Recipe



Mix all dry ingredients together,sift if you want.Put the 1 cup of cold water in a 2 cup measuring cup then add the miracle whip on top of the water till it says 2 cups on the measuring cup. now add this to the dry ingredients. Beat well untill well mixed up.You can use a mixer to mix it all up.

Pour into a greased and floured oblong,round, or loaf pans Depends on white kind of pan you wanna use.

Bake on 350 untill cake is done about 30 to 35 minutes. ,depending on pan size and your oven.
