Mock Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe Introduction

Anyone who's ever eaten these had no clue they were GFCF. They're really good!

List of Ingredients

1 C Fleischmann's Unsalted margarine (or other CF margarine)
1/2 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 C white rice flour
1/2 C potato starch flour
1/4 C tapioca flour
1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups CF chocolate or carob chips


Recipe

Cream together margarine, sugar, brown sugar, & vanilla.

Add the eggs & mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to the egg/sugar mixture & mix.

Add CF chocolate chips.

Bake at 375 for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
