    This GF recipe is from Kate and was in Tom's files

    List of Ingredients




    2 c yellow corn meal
    1 t salt (or less)
    2 T potato starch
    2 eggs, separated
    2 T white sugar
    1 1/2 t GF baking powder
    1 t xanthan gum
    1 c milk (((((for stuffing i use half cup milk and half broth)
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/2 c corn oil

    Recipe



    Beat egg yolk and whites separately and add the milk and corn oil.

    Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
    In medium bowl, stir together first four ingredients. In a small bowl,
    stir together remaining ingredients. Stir into corn meal mixture just until
    moistened.
    Turn into pan.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
