    Original recipe part of Iced Lemonade Cookies from Our Gaggle of Girls

    List of Ingredients

    3 Tbls gfcf margarine/shortening
    1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
    2 Tbls lemon juice (add water if needed)
    (I bet some zest would be nice here.)

    Recipe

    Beat margarine/shortening.

    Add confectioners sugar and lemon juice.

    Add water 1/2 Tbls at a time as needed until mixed into a very nice frosting texture.
