• 1 part bean flour (try garbanzo +navy or garbanzo +anasazi flours)
  
• 1 part cornstarch or arrowroot
  
• 1 part tapioca starch flour
  
• 1/3 part rice flour
  






Instructions



1. Blend together and store in a tightly sealed container.
   
2. Use as needed.
