    To make one cup of self-rising flour:

    1 cup of all-purpose gf flour blend
    1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder (aluminium free)
    1/2 teaspoon of salt

    Recipe



    Sift together. Recipe may be doubled or tripled and stored in an airtight container for use. Lasts about 1 month. Do not refrigerate.

    Note: Unless a recipe calls for self-rising flour and yeast
    specifically, do not use it in yeast dough recipes.
