Faux Cream Cheese Frosting

½ C. Spectrum shortening
3-4 C. powdered sugar
3-4 T. milk sub or water
1 T. lemon, apple or orange juice

Recipe



Beat shortening and juice with mixer.

Alternate 1 C. powdered sugar and spices with 1 T. milk sub until the desired consistency is reached.

Optional, Fun Topping for Faux Cream Cheese Frosting
raspberry or strawberry jam

Put in empty, clean honey bear or other squeeze container. Squeeze in a zigzag pattern on top of frosting. For decorative effect, run knife through
jam in opposite directions.
