    Chopped, defatted, cooked corn beef
    Parboiled or cooked, chopped, peeled potatoes
    Chopped onion
    Chopped garlic (optional)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Oil

    Recipe



    Mix equal parts chopped corned beef and chopped potatoes, add chopped onion and garlic to taste.

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add a small
    amount of oil to pan.

    Put corned beef mixture into the pan and press down.

    Allow to cook until brown and crispy.

    Turn and cook other side.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve with eggs of your choice.
