    1 c potato starch
    3/4 c tapioca flour
    2 t gf baking powder (recipe filed under MYO)

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container on the counter or in the pantry.

    1.5 t powder and 2 T water = 1 egg
    1.5 t powder and 1 T water = 1 yolk
